It's coming off for good!

I lost 20 lbs. last year before our wedding using sparkpeople. I got off track and have slowly gained back 12 lbs. again! I have to reintroduce to good habits of food and exercise tracking. My whole family struggles with weight loss and I want to get a hold on it. I don't want to be on a rollercoaster ride anymore. Being aware of what I put in my body and how I treat it needs to be a main goal to get my life in balance.

I just saw your post about lunch ideas and your idea sounds delicious! I am going to try it tomorrow since I bought a rotisserie chicken just today. Thank you!

Hi!

Just saw your post about Body Combat and Attack and wishing it was in the fitness tracker. I teach Les Mills classes, but not these two. I take Attack once a week though. I burn lower cals than many others who take class because of my size, but I go pretty full out and burn an average of 400 cals. Others in that class can burn from 500-800 depending on level of intensity, fitness, and size. Hope that helps!
