My Goals:
-Eat 1 or more breakfasts every day

-Drink less than three cups of coffee per day

-Go for a walk every day

-Force myself to eat at least the minimum of 1200 calories

My Program:
-Getting up earlier so I don't run out of time for breakfast

-Replace some coffee with herbal teas

-Vegetables, Fruits, Grains other than wheat, Organic, Natural, Heirloom, and Non-GMO as much as possible ("real food" not lengthy chemical name foods)

-More protein and healthy fats

-Minimal alcohol

Personal Information:
NOT a hypochondriac. That said, I have:

Hypoglycemia
Anemia
Hypothyroidism
Adrenal problems
Fibromyalgia
Vertigo
Rheumatoid Arthritis
EMF sensitivity

and
Synesthesia (many forms, which I am happy with)

Other Information:
I survived suicidal depression. Now I want to make my life mean something!
