My name is Joanne, and I'm 20 years old, and I weigh 243 pounds. My goal weight is 188 by November 2011. I am Canadian, and engaged to the most amazing man!... We are getting married on August 13th 2011 in 8 months. I'm hoping i can atleast be 200 pounds by my wedding!!...

Theres more then just my wedding I want to get in better health!.. I have high cholestorol and alot of thyroid problems. At my age that isn't good and especially when I would love to have kids one day, I rather not have high cholestorol while I'm pregnant.

I've always had weight problem since I was young. Accept for when I was 14 years old to about 16 years old. I was anorexic and I was addicted to exercising. But that all changed.

This is the biggest I've ever been and I can't stand it!!.. I really can't .. I feel so discusted about myself and I keep using the excuse " I can't lose weight because of my thyroids!!.." How pathetic is that!!..

THIS IS IT!! I REALLY WANNA DO THIS AND I AM GOING TO DO THIS!!

~My Healthy Goal~
The BMI Calculator tells me I have to be atleast 150 lbs to be in between the Normal weight, but 150lbs is way to small for me .... My Goal Weight is 165 lbs

2. 5 Days of any Cardio for atleast 20 minutes

3. Cut out Junk Food (Ex: Pop/Chips/Candy)

4. Eat more Vegetables and more Fruits

5. Have more protein in my diet
