This is my year!
I've been with SparkPeople since 2007. I've learned a lot and have put it to use...most of the time. I've had successes and set backs. I am determined to make 2013 a success. Less Facebook and more SparkPeople. Less just going through the motions and more intensity to my workouts. Less sugary sweets and more fruits. I've done it before, I will do it again. After all, I am worth it!

My Goals:
My goal for 2009 is to continue down this healthier path I started on the last half of 2007. My main goal is to stop losing the same 2 pounds over and over. My goal and motto for this year will be: Lookin' fine in 2009!
My Program:
I am counting calories, exercising twice a day (at least 5 days a week) drinking lots of water, limiting myself to 2 sodas per week, not eating after 8PM.

Other Information:
I am a collector. I collect Lucille Ball, mainly I Love Lucy, memorabilia. My kitchen, eating area &1/2 bath are decorated with my Lucy items. Except during the winter, when my kitchen along with the family room belong to my snowman collection. One of our guest bedrooms is decorated with my Eeyore collection. I, also, collect butterfly items which decorate the master bedroom & bath. Over the past 6 months I have started collecting workout DVDs & using them. It makes me very easy to shop for.
