I am a traveler, a seeker, a citizen of the globe. I enjoy learning new things, but I am not good at using what I learn to improve my life. I need to develop some new habits, routines and priorities that support my life goals and enable me to take the actions required to achieve those goals. At the root of all this is my need to learn discipline!

Fitness Minutes: 67

My Goals:
I want to make my Health priority number one. I will use the Spark program to develop and support a continued focus on having a healthy body and spirit.

1) Reach 140 pounds by March 31

2) Write in a journal daily to help me become more aware and focused

3) Stop procrastinating

My Program:
1) Tracking my choices and actions on SparkPeople

2) Keeping my journal with me at all times

3) Keeping a list of things I need to do and tracking my progress daily

Personal Information:
I am a retired professional woman, currently living in Westchester County in New York state. I have also lived in Kentucky, Ohio, Connecticut, Illinois, and New Jersey. However, part of me will always be in Paris, where I also lived for a short time, and where I return whenever I can.
