My Goals:
Aiming to lose 10pounds and improve my general fitness. Since the beginning of november I have lost 2 pounds.

My Program:
Gym, 4-5 times a week 90 minutes tops.

Personal Information:
I live in lincolnshire, love gardening growing my own veg. Sport ; Tennis, squash and skiing in the winter. I am generally fit but as one gets older it is easy to put on weight.
