Walking to health and spiritual strength

Goals are dreams with a timeline... resetting goals at monthly increments . current beginning September 6 2014.

retired from hospital nursing in 2009 . Recentering life in faith, family and home. My goal at the moment is to keep total daily steps above 10 thousand, and add cardio and strenth back to weekly routine .

My Goals:
weight reach 165 that is 34 lbs by September 6 next year or sooner if my body agrees.
Blood sugars at normal range .
increase flexibility


My Program:
Isometric s before meal walk for 15 minutes 30 minutes after meals to minimize blood sugar spikes . always have a plan b. track food stay in goal of elimination sugar,gluten, soy, grains. Keep carbs below 45 per day. drink 8 glasses of water per day. drink ginger and include turmeric in daily foods Lost spat so will go with the structure below rather than go for 1K steps per day each week. Exercise 5 mornings a week with Leslie Sansone videos, . classical stretch 3 days a week. include 3 day strength training

Personal Information:
We live in Maine and love to spend time with our 4 grand daughters, and in our vegetable garden and each other.
