My Program:
My biggest problem is my diet - it is easier to have hubby bring home a pizza and a 2 liter, pop the pizza in the oven and crash out on the couch with him after a hard day. I didn't need to exercise during the day... my body was burning calories as I stuffed my face and watched TV - right?
