Time to Get Real about myself!
Hello, I am Deborah and like the title says, it is time (high time) to get real about my health. I have been up and down and all around with food and trying to control it and my weight.
Each time it gets harder and harder, and I am at my wits end right now.
I am a Compulsive overeater, and I am going to be going back to my recovery groups and get busy working and start recovering from this disease.
