My goal is to maintain my weight lost by not gaining more than three pounds from my idea weight of 155 lbs. I would also like to be consistent at cardio exercise to keep my blood pressure down.
I do cardio & strengthing five to six times a week via stationary bike. I weigh myself every morning before I eat to determine what I need to have for the day to keep my weight down.

I'm sooooo very very proud of myself finally reaching my long term goal of 155 lbs! My goal now is to stay between 155 - 160 lbs for the rest of my life. 155 - 160 lbs & a size 6 is really comfortable for at 50 yrs. old. I get told all the time how young I look, people are always shocked when I tell them I'm 50 yrs. old in Dec. Go God!
