Tracking keeps me accountable. I use the bodymedia tracker and I love it. It sends my fitness minutes to spark and accepts my food tracked in spark. It also measures my sleep habits and quality.
Enough of settling, enough of being discouraged, its up to me to make this happen!!

Clean eating is going well, tracking food and fitness is going well as is activity. Week 4 of BLC I will add in stretching. I need to ensure I do some exercises to help tone where I am losing.

Clean eating is becoming more of a habit. Tracking has slipped a bit because of a crazy busy life. I am still drinking 8-10 cups of water a day and am losing a few pounds each week. I feel very determined and will see this through!

A rough week sick and busy. Feel I need to change up the foods im eating but haven't taken the time to figure it out yet. I will. I am pleased with the results thus far but know that I still have a lot of pounds to lose...I can and I will do this!

My Program:
Walk a minimum of one hour five times a week.

Think about what I am eating!

Drink water, water, water

Take vitamins and get calcium intake up

Ensure 7 hours of sleep each night
