Time To Get Back On The Grind....
I'm a mommy of 2! I work full-time. And have let myself go. I need to change my habits and lifestyle. For once it's time for me to think of myself, so i am here to try and make a difference. I know this will take time, and I'm ready to do this! I'm always up for any suggestions or help.. Need to Stay Motivated!!

My Goals:
Like the way I Look & Feel good about myself. Be a role-model for my kids. Get motivated.. Stay Positive! I'd like to lose 1-2 lbs a week. I'm aiming to reach 145lbs at the end of BLC21 My main Weight loss goal is: 130
My Program:
Change the way I eat. Limit my sweet intake to once a week. Eat breakfast everyday. Adding more fruit and vegetables. Exercising at least 30 min a day. 5-6 times a week. Strength Train 3 times a week! Get 7-8 hours of sleep a night. Drink at least 64 oz of water a day.
Personal Information:
I'm Amy. . I live in Idaho. I have a son and daughter. I like to hang out with family and friends. I'm focusing on getting myself and my family healthy!
Other Information:
I've been on and off all different kinds of diets.. Nothing has worked for me.. Changing the way I eat and exercise has been the key.. I am currently doing AdvoCare also I love the products... If you would like to learn about AdvoCare send me a message..
