The name is Ashley, I'm a 22 (almost) 23 college student, who loves the thought of a healthy lifestyle, but has no clue where to start. Yes i read, read and read and have an idea how to go about it, but now that i have the tools... i just dont know how to build, please someone HELP!!!

My Goals:
My goals are very simple, to reach a weight where i feel comfortable in my own skin and to live a healthy lifestyle. For a mini goal, i would really like to reach a single digit size in clothing!!! Every week my goal is to keep up with what im eating and dont let small bumps in the road stop me.

My Program:
Just making healthier choices when it comes to eating; no fried foods,no sweets, watching my calorie intake, smaller portions and trying to eat every couple of hours.

Hey thanks for the encouragement and the lovely comment! Being below 200 is so surreal for me. I never knew it would happen but I keep working on it and the numbers seem to do what they are supposed to do. At this rate, we both will be in the 180s in no time. We can do it!

Hey again and welcome aboard. i know this site has a ton of great stuff, and the Sparkteams are a big help there (you got on early, so that's good--took me 6 months to try it, and i wish i hadn't waited)

don't worry about not getting it all so quickly. there is a lot here, just take your time and absorb it. remember, this is a lifestyle change--if you keep that in mind, you'll be fine. and like anything worth it in life, this takes some time, so make sure to take your time here. we're here when you need us, too, so be good to yourself and peruse all the site has to offer. enjoy!
