Hey there and welcome to my motivational page! I am here to keep myself in check and finally get my health back. I'm tired of being tired! Ive attributed most of my weight gain to a problem with my hormones aka PCOS. I was thin up until I had my 1st child.. then the weight started piling on. Over the last 6 years I've struggled with bad relationships and the stress of it all took a toll on me. These were my major downfalls...But, I'm happily married to the right guy and just had my second child ...

short term-lose 20 pounds by coachella! long term- lose at least 100 pounds!
My Program:
At least 30 mins of intense cardio, some extra walking here and there, weight training (light) and no more than 1500-2000 calories daily!
