    To keep moving ahead doing things to keep you fit, not allow distractions to keep you from it.

    Don't focus on things that will hold you back, just shove them aside to keep you on track!

    If you look back and see what brought you down, you will find what it is that can turn around!

    Keep your heart and your mind focused on to your goal, there is plenty of stuff that is good for your soul!

    Be happy with the steps that you take every day; don't get stuck in the traps that will pull you down out and away!
