My Goals:
My goal is to get healthier and decrease my risk for a heart attack or any other weight-related health issues. I want to have my body feel as young as my spirit. (most days :-) I have 10 grandchildren I want to enjoy, along with my hubby and two Westie dogs. Weight loss is a challenge that I have battled off and on since my late twenties. It was that Fear of Failure that kept me from even trying these past 8 years, as the weight just piled on more and more to my heaviest. It is time to stop using that Fear as an excuse to not even try. If I focus on One Day at a Time, and even One Meal at a Time...I can do this!

Personal Information:
Born and raised in Ohio, but have been living in the Phoenix area for 28 years. Work for a nearby hospital in OB Admitting.

Other Information:
I love photography...I am very much an amateur, but am eager to learn and practice and improve my skills. I love to travel. We have a small hybrid travel trailer and enjoy camping. I love to go to movies and spend time with my friends and family.

4. Stand Up!!..... For what you believe in. Stand for something or you will fall for anything.

5. Look Up !!.. to your next goal and reward. What do you need to do in order to meet or exceed that goal?

6. Reach Out !!... by encouraging others and being supportive in their times of need.

7. Lift Up !!.. Your spirit....as this journey is not only about your body and weight loss but the changes with your mind and soul too!

8, Get moving !! ... Find ways to incorporate exercise into your daily routine. Sneak in as much exercise as possible!
