Thanks for stopping by my spark page! I have battled with my weight since I was in the 6th grade when I first started my dieting journey. I've gone to Weight Watchers off an on since 1982 and found that it works the best for me, as far as diet programs go, when I work it. Everyone is different and I think one of the keys to success is just in finding the program that works for us. I also think drinking the water has a lot to do with whether or not I am successful. That's a challenge for me. But I do not go to the meetings; I just do WW online. I started again a couple of weeks ago and am still struggling with staying "on program".

I saw your comment on the 'eat more meals during the day' article. What is your breakfast? I am looking for a lower calorie but filling breakfast. I hope that you don't mind me asking. 1234 days ago
