My name is Kathleen and I live in Chandler, Arizona. I love the Grand Canyon state with its magnificient vistas and spiritual sites. I am a 47 year old empty nester searching for my second act. I believe the push and pull of this endeavor is keeping me from acheiving my ideal weight.

My Goals:
To achieve my healthy weight of 140 lbs.

To stop the emotional eating. Learn to recognize and redirect my triggers.

My Program:
 Walk an hour a day.

Eat 3 healthy meals a day which for me are the elimination of dairy, wheat, and pork which do not agree with me.

Drink more water!

Take my vitamin and minaral supplements .

Try to not snack between meals. Keep healthy snacks around when those low moments arrive.

Personal Information:
Age: 47 years old

Marital Status: Married

Children: one grown daughter.

Career...still searching after all this years. Presently an accounting clerk. While not truly inspiring, it pays the bills. I am and always will be a student of life.



Other Information:
 I am a California native who now happily calls the Grand Canyon state her home. I love to walk in nature, read inspiring stories of redemption, sew, knit and make jewelry. I try to invite spirit in all aspects of my life

Hey back in January you left me a comment and I don't know if I ever commented back... sorry if I did not. You asked me about my background and where I got it. I went to Cabo San Lucas and that was the rising sun from my room. It was absolutely beautiful. I love that pic and it brings back lots of good memories and reminds me of God's love for us...

Hi Kathleen & thanks for the nice message on my page! Your photos are fantastic. Too bad you got rid of the bike, but every hobby runs its course I guess. We spend almost every weekend riding unless it's too cold (anything below about 60 degrees is too cold for me-LOL). You joined SP just one day after I did. I've found lots of encouragement & support here - hope you do too. Here's to us meeting our goals! Take care - Connie :-)
