My Goals:
My newest goal is the 130's with lots of muscle and less body fat!

My Program:
Right now I want to concentrate on eating more home cooked food and making reasonable decisions when faced with temptations. I also want to start being more active outside of work. I keep my calories between 1300 and 1670 and use my elliptical on days that I can. When at work, I walk at least 5 miles and have walked up to 8 in one night. Slow and steady is my ticket.

Personal Information:
I have lost and gained so much weight in my life and I am really believing that this time I am doing it right. I am sticking with this through the ups and downs and refuse to let anything keep me on the down! I CAN do this :)

Other Information:
Pushing through the 140's....slowly!

    Hey! I'm here, I'm here. I've had a couple rough weeks...birthday, Easter, and then just plain busy. Aaahhh!! I hate when I feel like I get into a good groove and then something whacks it out of line. That sucks. But I'm back. :)

    I am mostly a forklift driver, tool changer for a auto supplier in west michigan. (SCARY) I do not mind 3rd too much b/c it makes it so that we do not have to pay as much in daycare costs, and I have always said that if my kids are going to learn a bad habit, better it from me than a stranger.

    How do you like the Med field? My wife was laid off after 12 years @ same employer just different plant, and is signed up for classes in two weeks to go to school for nursing (something she has always really wanted to do) and when she is done I am going to start, thinking about a Rad Tech.

    Thanks Amber! I'm really trying. It's soooo hard though. I swear I have the WORST sweet tooth ever!! Aaahhh!! How do you fight that one??

    Anyhoo...I'm here a lil more than 101 too. So I completely understand about the time thing. I need to do what I need to do for me and that is coming here to log what I eat/exercise to make a better me. ;)

    Question for you. I noticed you drink a Atkins shake. I tried a protein shake once and got frustrated b/c I still felt like I should actually "eat" something. Do you have that problem?
