Peggy's Promises

Although I am a grand-mother, I want to keep in shape and stay fit. I watch what I eat, most of the time I eat healthy, with small portions, yet in the last couple of years those pounds keep coming!! This time I am determined to lose at least 10 lbs by August 1st. If this does not happen, then I give up!!

Changing my eating habits, EVERY DAY and eating lots of fruit and vegetables, to stay satisfied and not hungry. In between meals have a dozen dry roasted, unsalted almonds. And walk whenever you can.
