    Thanks, GMA, for being a friend. I am having a lot of fun figuring stuff out, but there's a pretty steep learning curve here. emoticon I am such a newbie to this health-style, and such a newbie to SP, I can't start a team, so if you run into a group if people with similar goals, would you please let me know? (alkalization being primary, the weight loss comes with the alkalized body - theory is the fat protected the organs from a low ph body - which also created a lot of aches and pain)

    I had rice and beans tonight, with roasted vegetables. Filling, but bland. I had a piece of GF toast for lunch from a loaf I made (primarily bean flour,eggs), a handful of cashews, and an apple. Sigh.

    Thanks for adding me as a friend. Finding foods that don't cause inflammation is pretty tricky. I made an enchilada casserole tonight from an SP recipe. It was really good too. It fit my criteria of no wheat/no sugar, but your diet is more restrictive.
