Well, it has been a year since I first joined Sparkpeople. It was amazing how motivated it made me and how I lost 15lbs in 4 weeks by just tracking my food and exercising. After the month I got more confident that I was doing so great that I didn't need to log my food anymore or log my exercising anymore. Little did I know that it would lead to more indulgent eating and less time in the gym. I can happily say that I didn't gain any weight over the past 11 months, I have maintained my weight but I am not by any means at my goal weight. SO I am BACK!! New things in my life have motivated me to get back into the swing of things and loose the remaining weight.
My family and I have recently moved to England and I want to surprise all my friends and family when I return home with a new found me. Now first and formost I want to do this for myself but knowing I have that goal at the end of the 3 year tour here, will help keep me motivated. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

I am a 33 years old and have 2 amazing children. Kywrin is 12 years and Kaleigh is 1 year. I am originally from Tucson Arizona but have lived in Wichita Falls-Texas, Mountain Home-Idaho, and now Brandon-Suffok- England. I am married to a wonderful man who loves me for who I am and not how I look.
