Welcome to Spark People. It is an amazing place. Thanks for the comment on my blog. A bit negative today which I usually am not, lol, but much better to post my frustration than eat over it. If I have learned anythihing it is that ten minutes of exercise a day DOES make a difference and I am thankful to SP for getting the old mentality of "it has to be a good workout, or it has to be a long workout, or it has to be intense" out of my thinking.
