Think Light and Pain Free
well here I am again, starting yet another weight loss journey. Boy, how this subject of weight loss is always on my mind. But this time, its not about looking better, its about pain! I have had back pain most of my life with or without the weight. Being overweight fluxuates from 20-50 lbs over, and I hit the official 200 pound mark due to the lack of exercise from my back pain. Now that i know what is going on with my back thanks to my new orthopedic doctor, I'm hoping to work around ...

I have had back pain most of my life with or without the weight. Being overweight fluxuates from 20-50 lbs over, and I hit the official 200 pound mark due to the lack of exercise from my back pain. Now that i know what is going on with my back thanks to my new orthopedic doctor, I'm hoping to work around it....and get the weight off so my pain will lessen.
