Hi my name is Flecia and i am here for motivation and help during my weightloss journey of losing 100 pounds or more!!! I am a stay at home mom... my daughters name is azariah... she is the most precious thing in my life... I am looking to become more healthy for her.... i want to be able to run and play just as long as she can with out me losing my breath... :) I have a wonderful husband named cory... and he works so hard for me and our child... he works 60-75 hours per week sometimes just so ...

MY GOALS ARE TO LOSE 110 POUNDS BY JUNE OF 2011... I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT SO THAT I CAN STAND IN THE MIRROR NAKED WITH OUT BEING DISCUSTED... OR SO I CAN TRY ON **CUTE** CLOTHES... I WANT TO SHOP IN THE SMALL SIDE OF THE STORE... I WANT TO BORROW MY FRIENDS CLOTHES... I WANT TO BE ABLE TO MOVE WITH OUT SEEING SOMETHING JIGGLE... I HAVE HOPES THAT ONE DAY I WILL TIE MY SHOES WITH OUT LOSING MY BREATH...
I JUST WANT TO BE HEALTHY AND FIT!!!

My Program:
I EAT A BALENCED DIET OF 1200-1500 CALORIES A DAY ... I EAT PLEANTY OF FRUITS , VEGGIES AND WHOLE GRAINS... I HAVE LEARNED TO BE MORE CAUTIOUS ABOUT HARMS SOME FOODS CAN DO TO YOU.... I STILL STRUGGLE... BUT I ALWAYS GET BACK UP...

It's been nice having you on my facebook, but I've missed our daily messages too. I have been really sick over the winter and have more big decisions to make and lots of work to do. Hey everyone, It's "I'm a FAN friday!" The weekend can be a love/hate relationship for many of us, but I say No more! I'm gonna be a fan of Friday! So.... LET'S GET IT STARTED!

Let's embrace the weekend for the extra time it allows, and the freedom from the humdrum of the week. We've all been "working for the weekend!"

CHANGE IT UP! Do some new and exciting! Get your motor running... head out on the highway!

Eat healthy, yet delicious food. You'll have time to cook it! Or just scrub it up and eat whole foods! "She jumped down turned around and gave me a wink, she said I'm gonna fix it up right here in the sink!
