My Goals:
I want to lose 50 pound by the end of July.

My Program:
Keep my food intake in 1200 calories per day.
Continue with my yoga practice 4 times a week. Adding a power walk and weight training three times a week.

Personal Information:
My name is Azar. I am 55 years old, so you know that by now I have lived several lives. Some of them were happy, some of them sad. I am still interested in life, learning and discovering new perspectives.

Other Information:
I love my yoga practice, I learn about myself, plus it gives me something concrete to work on.
