My Goals:
Goal 1 - get into the healthy weight range (159) then it's all vanity pounds ;)

My Program:
1200 calorie diet. No white breads no sugar. (Except for creamer lol). I'm eating lean cuisines / smart ones for 1-2 meals a day. It helps starting out for portion control! I'm starting to work out too, every other day.
