You can't lose it if you don't move it!
I've stumbled and dusted myself off many times, and I've slowly been losing the weight. I know that it's not going to come off over night, and I need to be patient ... one of my weak points! I know my faults, and I've come to accept that I am not perfect. There are days where I do not want to even look at my work out clothes, let alone actually get down there and get my butt moving. I'm DONE telling myself that I cannot change. I'm DONE making excuses! I'm DONE beating myself up for the little things. I'm DONE with "starting over" for the hundredth time. I'm DONE eating out of pure boredom. I'm ready to change. I'm ready to finally feel good about myself. Why wait until "tomorrow" or "Monday" or even the New Years? Why not start now? What is stopping you from starting now? What could possibly change tomorrow that can't be done today? Things are going to get much better around here!
