1. I want to be able to Run a 5K and a 10K. The entire thing without stopping.
2. I want to be able to wear sleeveless shirts and be okay with the way my arms look.
3. I want to no longer be the fat daughter, sister, aunt, friend.
Right now im running/jogging 2-5 miles 3-5 days a week. Im also doing Jillian Micheals' Yoga meltdown and Bob Harpers Beginner's weight loss transformation. I got my own Olympic bar and plates for at home. I love Lifting Heavy! :)
