When I started this weight loss healthier life journey I weighed 252 pounds. I reached a weight of 110 in October 0f 2007. I recently went through some very major life changes and gained 25 pounds back. My ultimate goal right now is to be 120.
Adding and alternating different activities and exercise. I watch portion control, and currently struggle to maintain adequate calorie intake. I find I am not hungry much anymore.
I am from a small town in Westner Washington. I have a bay of the Pacific Ocean in my front yard and the Cascade Mountain range in my back yard. It doesn't get much more beautiful than this.
