For the long run

I'm here. Trying to track my journey and keep myself motivated for the long run. In 2012, at 49 years old, I realized I really needed to change in order for the next 20 years to stay steady. I weighed 185. Today I weigh 145 but I am finding it harder than ever to reach my goal, a normal BMI. I am 5'0 so that means 131. That is my goal.
