Where to start, where to start??? Well I'm 22 and a Senior at NJCU. I've probably gained about 20 to 30 pounds since being in college (they didn't lie about the freshmen 15 lol) Any who I think it's about time for me to lose all of that weight and feel confident in my body once again.
