My Goals:
My goal is to lose 22 pounds and to maintain a weight at 125 lbs. I plan on changing my life style into a healthy, happy, and productive one.

My Program:
The program that i plan on working is eating healthy and drinking a lot more water. Not eating just because I'm bored. I plan on doing cardio 6 times a week for 45 minutes and strength training 3 times a week for 30 minutes.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Augusta,GA. I have never lived anywhere outside of Georgia, but I have always dreamed of moving to Denver, Colorado to attend graduate school at the University of Denver.

Other Information:
I am a pretty activate person. I love the outdoors. Anything with nature I'm down to do. I love water sports. I play golf and a little bit of tennis. I played football for my sorority for three years in college. I enjoy movies and music too.

It's come to my attention that you all may not be getting new post notifications from Bipolar Mania! Here is a way to fix that, if you want to. I'd love to see more involvement. Please check to see if you are getting Bipolar Mania! information. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Click on the orange tab 'community' at the top of this page. Click Spark teams. On the top of your list of teams it will say 'manage my team emails/settings'. Click on it. & You can fix which notifications you want/get for EACH of tour teams in there. Put a check IN the boxes of notifications you want from each team individually. Let me know if that helps.

I would like to start some new threads & challenges so I'm looking for ideas & suggestions from members of Bipolar Mania! To help! I want to add games & other thing you all are interested in. Probably not weight loss/exercise per se because there seems to be plenty of that support in other teams. I'm hoping to be more about socializing 7 always knowing you have a safe place to share & offer help if you can. If there is enough interest in weight loss I will be willing to do that as well. Please send your ideas to me through a SparkMail if you'd like to participate!

I am so happy you joined Bipolar Mania. Please come in & introduce yourself. Participate on the boards! We have a small team, but we're very active & good friends! Yeah I noticed that we lived in the same area. I live in Martinez technically, but Augusta for people who aren't familiar with the Augusta area. I've looked at some of the challenges and hopefully I can begin the journey to reaching some goals now. emoticon
