I am tired of living in the obese body.

I am tired of this obese body I am living in. I am 40 years old and tired of feeling depressed, I am tired of being the fat girl. I am tired of not being able to play with my children because of lack of energy.

I am tired of saying "I will start tomorrow". I ask for Gods help to start now. I need to change my lifestyle or I feel that I will just die being an obese person.

I want to live, I want to have energy, I want to feel good about myself, I want to be able to run ...

All of these things revolve around ME, trying to live a healthier lifestyle. I make myself a promise on this 31st day of October 2010 to make some changes in this unhealthy lifestyle I am living.

 I have decided to revamp my program. I set my goals to high and got discouraged because I couldn't succeed.

Focus on losing in 5 pound increments.

Exercise daily, no matter what type.

Pray, daily, When I feel down, Pray. When I feel uneasy Pray. When things feel like they can't get any worse, PRAY!!

Hey girl saw your comment on my page. It takes time to get back on track after you have been away from it all for a while. I have not been getting workouts in since the winter months arrived because I am just not feeling the cold at all. So that's my down fall when it comes to working out. You have to take it one day at a time because no matter how long it may seem you will see results if you work hard and stay motivated. If you slip get right back up. Remember you are doing it because you love yourself and you want to be in the best health so you can stay strong for that beautiful little lady of yours. Take that discouraged feeling and turn it into courage. You can do it and I know you will. I'm here as always if you need me. Enjoy your weekend and stay focused. emoticon emoticon
