To get to my goal weight of 135 and to be healthy and in shape
Just focusing on exercising at least 10 minutes a day to start.
I tend to focus too much on the food which hurts me in the end. So I am making myself aware of my food by tracking it but I am not doing anything else. My hope are that by tracking it, I will be conscious and make better choices.
