I am doing cardio 5 days a week and strength training twice a week as well as seeing a nutritionist and tracking my foods.

Personal Information:
I am a married mom of 2 who wants a healthy body.

Other Information:
I sleep in my workout clothes and wake up at 5:30 am and work out in my home gym 6days a week.
