But I am still overweight, my heart could be healthier, and I'm not proud of that. Time to change that!

Make sure to do something active every day, even if it's just a walk or ten minutes of stretching!

Improve blood pressure through diet and exercise.

Indulge in a protein smoothie every day!

My Program:
Follow Spark's calorie guide.

Cardio Exercise 3-4x/week.

Drink 8 cups water/day.

Budget permitting, join a gym for strength training.
