Natural Diva drops the weight

I am 38 years old and mother of two children. I have heart disease and I am tired of the weight struggle. I am determined to not enter the 40's overweight. I now understand the phrase "To blessed to be stressed" I am praying for people who are not positive and placing myself around people who are.

To average 1 to 2 pounds loss once a week and continue to add muscle.

1 hours of cardio three times a week and Body Pump(Weight class at Golds Gym)3 times a week and Sunday is a day of rest.

I leave in Texas have been married for 10 years mother of 2 and my hubby is into body building.
