When I used to run and want to give up and stop I would picture how one day while sitting with her at the hospital hooked up to wires, tubes, and monitors, only days from passing she told me, "I want to dance, but I can't". I run for all the steps she'll never be able to take.

Okay, here we go - 60 miles....LET'S GO!!

My Goals:
I would hate to reduce my goals to a number...but I would like to get down to 170. A time when I felt truly healthy.

post-baby - To show my baby girl what a strong healthy woman looks like.

My Program:
I hit the gym - I'm a runner. But I was at a standstill for over a year, working out 4x week with a personal trainer and not seeing any movement. So, I know that the key for ME is tracking my calories.

I started my run at 530 am, it was really hot by about 9am... very uncomfortable but.... it was a really good experience because it helps me to push through discomfort to finish..
