i'm a loser... the good kind. :)
i started my weight loss journey in november 2006. i'm 5'4"ish and weighed 270 pounds. i hated my wedding pictures. i hated walking down the street. i was embarrassed for my new husband. i'd always been the fat friend with " a great personality!" *eye roll* i got tired of hating myself and feeling disgusting and started losing weight. i lost 87 lbs before i finally quit smoking in september 2007. then, i gained back some weight. i was having trouble finding the way to make ...
i started my weight loss journey in november 2006. i'm 5'4"ish and weighed 270 pounds. i hated my wedding pictures. i hated walking down the street. i was embarrassed for my new husband. i'd always been the fat friend with " a great personality!" *eye roll* i got tired of hating myself and feeling disgusting and started losing weight. i lost 87 lbs before i finally quit smoking in september 2007. then, i gained back some weight. i was having trouble finding the way to make my new healthier non-carcinogen infested body to lose weight and gave up for a while. recently i was diagnosed as pre-diabetic which has turned my world upside down!! BUT I'M BACK. i'm faster, better, stronger, sexier, smarter, and more awesome than ever. i think this last weight is about the mind more than the body. i have some lessons i need to learn in order to lose this weight. 1) i'm worth it. 2) i don't care if you think i'm fat. i'm less-fat, thank you . 3) they are no bad days. 4) i can. and, as a wise woman once said, i can totally lose 5lbs 11 more times! :D

to wear a size 8 to have a sexy back/arms (like... muscley and awesome sexy) to do a pull up. to run a half marathon DONE: to run a mile in less than 10 minutes to feel like the hot wife my husband thinks i am.
My Program:
eat within my calorie range daily work out 4-5 days a week eat mindfully of carbs

i live in el cajon, ca with my awesome_hubby (Vahzilok) and our awesome_rats :P
Other Information:
even five more minutes with my husband is worth the 1000's of calories i've avoided in unhealthy foods.
