Hi, sorry I didn't see your comment on my sparkpage. Glad to hear your doing so well! Glad your enjoying zumba too. I'm all dressed and ready to go in a little while. I have an 8pm class tonight. I get pretty tired waiting to go. Other than zumba, what other workouts do you do?
Hit a milestone on Sunday. 40lbs lost! So happy. It has taken so darn long!! I am hoping now that I am on spark, tracking my food and drinking my water, which I've never done, I hope to lose a little quicker now.

Thanks for the add. :) We do seem to have a lot in common! Drums Alive is a new exercise program that is just getting more popular recently in the US, but has been going strong in Europe for a few years. This youtube video will give you a good idea of what it's all about http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2iXPbVhNEnQ , but basically it's adding drumming on the stability balls to music and aerobics. I'm just getting into the basics and trying to get it started in my area. It's picking up across the US now, more on the East Coast and spreading. I'm trying to get it started in my local gym. :)

I did see the message on the team page that you tried the zumba dvd! I responded to it. I guess you didn't get that. That's great! Who cares if you don't have rhythm. You will get better each time you do it. As I said, once you get comfortable, you should take a class. So much fun! I am 47 and have knee issues but I try not to jump around too much. but I get a great workout and burn like 600 calories a class. I sweat my butt off.
