Short term: Add running intervals to my treadmill workouts, working up to running full time.
Long term: Run the FitOne 5k in September.
Future: Take a multiple day/night backbacking trip.
I'm in a wellness program at work that has me meeting with a wellness coach/nutritionist weekly and includes 18 meetings with a personal trainer this year. I'm doing my best to absorb all their knowledge into my life while I have this opportunity.
