Umm my name is jessica I've had a problem with weight loss for the past five years. i was on weight watchers and lost so much weight and kept it off. but once i stopped being in the program i gained twice the amount of weight. back i used to be a size five and now I'm a size 18its realky horrible i am a boarderline diabetic and have some high cholesterol my goal is to loose this weight in six months to a year by really excersizing and eating healthy

My Goals:
Eat healthy and excersize six days a week

My Program:
Strength training in the morning and high cardio before bed
Wake up 6:00am
Excersize and warmups till 7am
7:00Am shower clean up and chores till 8:00am
8:00am medications relax till 8:30am then bible study
during the day activities then 7-8 high cardio excersize meds at 8pm movie and a craft 10pm bedtime
