My Goals:
3/12/2010 - 9 months pregnant - 187 pounds
4/12/2010 - 1 month post-partum - 154 pounds

My rewards:
137.5 = date with hubby

My Program:
I'm one month post-partum now and just started going back to the gym last Friday and again on Monday. My plan is to go Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and do cardio each time and weights 2 times a week. I've also greatly reduced how much I've been eating (I was eating a TON when I was pregnant). It really helps that I'm not as hungry anymore. Then taking care of a toddler and a newborn all day wears me out and I'm exclusively breastfeeding my newborn as well which burns a few calories too. Hopefully this weight will come off!

I have a toddler and 4 month old so I know how hard it is to find time to work out or eat right! looks like your doing great, keep up the good work!
