Well, hey...it's another chance to put some words together!
2009 was a strange year. I've no idea what is in store for us in 2010. I still have no idea what happened in 2010 ;) It's now 2016.

Fitness Minutes: 4,627

My Goals:
Nutrition goal: Eat breakfast every day.
2/29/16 I am ROCKING this goal!! Eating a high protein breakfast is a game changer.
Fitness goal: Be active for 10 min every day for 2 weeks. Increase 10% weekly until consistently doing 20 min, then begin 5K training program.
2/17/16 It's winter and I've been sick. Have only been active a couple times a week at most.
2/29/16 Still working at this - trying to find the right ways to push through with all my chronic miserable joint issues.
4/8/16 I have started PT for my low back problems so now I have a set actual program for exercise. I will gradually add more cardio as I am ble to progress.
Weight goal: lose 1 lb per week to reach 186 in March - reduce BMI to 29
2/17/16 This goal is old and no longer motivates me at all.
2/29/16 I do not care about a number.
Health goal: Develop a team approach to conquering my ongoing health issues.
2/17/16 This is a new goal - being sick all the time cannot remain m


My Program:
I'm doing whatever I feel like doing, whenever I feel like doing it. I am a stubborn mule who simply wont do what she doesn't want to do. I am trying not to forget my goals, and updating them to remain relevant.
