My Goals:
1) Start tracking what I eat and change the quantity and quality.

2) Track my activity and get into a routine of healthy exercise.

3) Start getting into a regular sleeping pattern so I have the energy to do what I need and focus properly.

4) Track my weight as one metric of how my eating and exercise habits are working.

My Program:
1) Plan to do a 1/2 marathon and train with a specific plan over the next 8 months.

2) Strength training twice a week.

3) Play basketball at least once a week either practice at home or with friends.

4) Ride my bike at least once a week off road, around the neighborhood or on the trainer.
