Just wanted to thank you for adding me as a friend and reading my blog. Support makes all the difference in the world. And for that recommitment, I have been there so many times. I have struggled with my weight for the last 10 years, well... 11 years. I know this time is different because I am planning meals, reading labels, counting calories, cooking healthy everyday (great food too), working out 3-5 times a week at the gym and then also walking 6-10 miles a week. It just different, I feel it, I finally have made my mind up. I still make mistakes but I get up, I don't quit and throw the white flag. I am in this for the long run!
