My Goals:
Goal #1 - At least exercise twice a week!

Goal #2 - Eat at least 2-3 servings of fruit and veggies a day!

Goal #3 - Drink more water!

My Program:
I have started using an all natural weight loss supplement called Skinny Fiber. I have definitely seen a huge difference after using it. I had hit a major weight loss plateau, but I am finally getting out of my little rut.

I also eat healthier than I have in the past. I try to get at LEAST one serving of fruit and one serving of vegetables a day. I don't drink soda as much as I used to. I drink it every now and then, but it's very rarely.

I also try to stay as active as I can. Even if it's just walking or doing aquatic aerobics.

I'm a complete animal and nature lover! I also love spending time with family and friends.

I'm the kind of person that likes to help people. Even if it's just to help give them a reason to smile.

Hi Corrina, it's easy to feel frustrated but you just have to take small steps with your fitness journey, know your limits, be patient and think of things you are thankful for each day!
