I am ready to do it right!
I am 26 and live with my boyfriend in NYC. I enjoy cooking, reading, dancing and partying. I have lost a lot of weight only to gain it back.
Many years of yo-yo dieting has not only destroyed my self esteem but also my mental focus on matters beyond myself. I feel self absorbed in my insecurities.
I am excited to develop the body and mind I have always wanted.
