Ready for anything and back to it!!!

In 2005 I went on a diet, where I lost 9st. (126 lbs). I lost the weight in 9 months and wouldn't recomend this diet to anyone as it left me needing my gall bladder removed due to gall stones, as well as other emotional eating problems; my binge eating got out of control and I became bulimic, which I'm still battling!

I have been on the site just over a month now and have lost 5lbs already. I'm doing this slowly and steadily and hopefully overcome my emotional eating problems on ...

I'm using a food journal, to track my eating and why I'm eating.

I'm also utilising the articals on the site as well as reading various books, to help with the binge eating.

I'm Amy and I live near London in the UK.

I'm 28 and have been a large person for all my life. Time for a change :0)

Before joining this site I had previously lost 126lbs and put on 17lbs. I am trying to get down to my optimal weight for my BMI.
